Your order was processed by our merchant Digistore24. It will be Digistore24 that shows up on your credit card or billing statement! If you are not the cardholder, inform them of this! We offer shipping to most countries around the world. We will aim to ship out your order same day

. We ship orders out 7 days a week, excluding all recognized days of US holidays and postal holidays.
You will receive a shipping notification along with your tracking link to locate and track the status of your order in transit when your item has shipped. Any questions regarding your tracking or shipment please contact us using the information below.

Returns of Physical Items
In order to obtain your full refund for your bottle(s) you must return. All bottles be they empty, full or partially full (and including any "bonus" or "free" bottles as part of your order) back to our fulfillment center at the address listed below, within sixty (60) days of the date you originally ordered the product along with your original packing slip.
If you do not have your original packing slip, please write the following on a note inside your package:
(1) Your Digistore24 Order ID (Found in your receipt), (2) Your Full Name, (3) Your Full Address where the shipment was receieved, (4) Your Email Address and (5) your Phone Number
In order for your full refund to be processed the product must arrive at our fulfillment facility within sixty (60) days of the original purchase date. Failure to include all the bottles purchased be they empty, full or partially full (including any "bonus", "free" or "gifted" bottles), or failure to clearly state your order details as specified above so that a member of our fulfillment center staff can clearly read and allocate your return will both result in our inability to refund you. You pay for return shipping. Once our fulfillment center has received the package and relayed the correct information to us, you will be issued a refund. Your refund will be credited back to your bank account and may take up to 3-5 business days to show in your statement, depending on the speed of the processing bank.

Please note due to the costs involved in shipping orders for international delivery we currently do not refund shipping fees for orders that are delivered outside of the US. We will of course still refund the cost of the bottles you have ordered as per our policy above. For international orders you may be liable to pay customs charges and these would be non-refundable.
